Creating a favourable climate for social enterprises, key stakeholders in the social economy and innovation
The single market needs new, inclusive growth, focused on employment for all, underpinning the growing desire of Europeans for their work, consumption, savings and investments to be more closely attuned to and aligned with 'ethical' and 'social' principles.
On the 04th of April 2012 the Council of Ministers adopted the document "National concept of social economy".
The Concept is an expression of the political involvement of the Government institutions of Bulgaria for creation of favourable environment for development of social economy models and practices.
The conference discussed adequate policy-making to help develop social entrepreneurship in the European Union and thus materialise the Commission commitment taken under the Single Market Act on 13 April 2011 (with a special focus on lever 8: social entrepreneurship).
