The seminar will be conducted within two days in the form of presentations, discussions and outlining conclusions. Thus, the participants will share experiences and best practices regarding both the Bulgarian model, the level reached by other countries, and the ILO experience in trainings on the use of key ideas in the sector.
During the panel discussion an opportunity will be given to identify and discuss aspects of statistical provision of social economy having practical importance.
A special emphasis will be placed upon the governments’ practical actions and their possible impact on the stability of social enterprise as well as upon the experience of other countries and the international trends in the sector.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about the position the International Labour Organization and the European Union on these issues.
