The event will be organized at Boyana Residence, Triaditsa Hall , Boyana Quarter, 16 Vitoshko Lale Str.<\/p>\n<p>The conference is one of the priority events in the Calendar of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.<\/p>\n<p>The High Level Conference is an opportunity for politicians, decision-makers, social entrepreneurs, the civil sector and other stakeholders to share experience and good practice, discuss issues related to the state, priorities and future of the social economy, both at regional and European level Union.<\/p>\n<p><b>The participation in the conference is connected with registration and accreditation process rules:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>In order to receive an invitation that will give access to the online accreditation system via a link, the name and e-mail address of the Delegation Accreditation Officer or the participant himself\/herself should be sent to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:BGPresidencyConference@mlsp.government.bg\">BGPresidencyConference@mlsp.government.bg<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0at their earliest convenience. Because seats are limited, the principle for registration will be first come, first served. Only for moderators and speakers travel and accommodation costs will be covered.<\/p>\n<p>The registration will be open\u00a0<b>from 22 March till 5 April 2018.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Once the process is completed, accredited participants will be issued with a badge that will grant them access to the venue hosting the event. Participants will not be admitted to the venue without the badge. Accreditation is personal and non-transferable.<\/p>\n<p>The HoD and the accompanying delegate would receive their badges by their respective Liaison Officers. All other participants would receive their badges at the Registration Desk which will be available at Boyana Residence. In cases when the delegates obtain their badges from the Registration Desks an identification document must be shown at the check points or before entering the shuttle buses.<\/p>\n<p>Please be aware that the badge would allow you to use the special Presidency Line at Departure\u2019s Hall at Sofia Airport.
