Communication

Social economy and social entrepreneurship form a new policy area as far as the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy is concerned. Within the gamut of policies pursued steadily by the state through the Ministry, it was first broached in the National Concept of Social Economy, adopted by the Council of Ministers on 4 April, 2012, and that body’s Social Economy 2014-2015 Action Plan, adopted on 29 Jan., 2014, thus launching a new coordinated state policy targeted on social economy and social entrepreneurship.
