The guidelines for Bulgaria’s social economy and social entrepreneurship policy during the year under review were established by the National Social Economy Concept (approved by the Council of Ministers on 4 Apr., 2014), the 2014-2015 Social Economy Action Plan (approved by the same body on 29 Jan., 2014), and the subsequent 2016-2017 Social Economy Action Plan (approved accordingly on 2 Mar., 2016).
